Fabricated Steel Hoppers & Bins

Flextech Industries, Ltd.’s fabricated hoppers can be made of any carbon, Cor-ten, abrasion-resistant, or stainless steel. The hoppers are properly designed with slopes, thereby allowing a constant discharge without bridge forming. Bins meant for the small-size aggregate or dust can be fitted with a vibratory motor to ensure the free flow. Hoppers can also be equipped with an adjustable opening door that determines the discharge quantity for the materials’ capacity in outlet, as a function of the materials’ specific weight.

With the addition of a bottom conveyor system, the material is drawn out from the hoppers by means of an extracting conveyor that is driven by a preset-able adjustable variable drive motor, coupled with worm gear boxes. Such a setup enables increasing or decreasing of the material output as per the job mix formula requirements. It is also possible to increase or decrease the total capacity without varying the preset settings by means of master control.
