Ductwork Fabrication, Erection, and Maintenance

Flextech Industries, Ltd. fabricates, installs, and can provide maintenance services for ductwork and breeching. Our ductwork projects typically consist of carbon or stainless steel circular or square ducts with diameters ranging from 12" to 120" and wall thicknesses ranging from 3/16" to 1/4". In the past, Flextech has designed, fabricated, and erected ductwork out of many materials besides carbon steel and stainless steel. We are always able to work with the material that best suits the demands of our customers. Flextech fabricates and erects ductwork both in conjunction with other tanks and vessels we have fabricated or erected and solely on its own.

Our steel-plate fabricated and erected ducting is amenable to a wide range of customers: the Pulp and Paper Industry, the Power Industry, the Chemical Industry, the Petroleum Industry, Air Pollution Control, and the Process Industry. Flextech has fabricated and erected very different types of ductwork. While the demands of the ductwork are very different, Flextech’s Quality Assurance staff guarantees a quality product every time.

For our Maintenance and Repair customers across the country, Flextech has years of experience in replacing corroded ductwork while maintaining it. Our maintenance crews specialize in performing their work in a quick and efficient manner, without sacrificing safety and with minimal plant production disruption.
