Flextech Industries, Ltd. was established in 1988 to provide fabrication and maintenance services for existing dampers, metal bellows, expansion joints, and process ducting installations. Focusing on short lead times and manufacturing flexibility, we have become an industry leader in the fabrication and maintenance of dampers, joints, and related ducting accessories.

Flextech purchased all assets and intellectual properties of American Power & Process in September of 2002. American Power and Process was formed when Ruskin Power and Process Damper Company, a division of Ruskin Manufacturing, sold this division in 1993 to then president Thomas D. Hill. Prior to this move, in 1989 Ruskin Power and Process had purchased the longstanding and well-known Pathway Bellows Damper Company along with all patents and designs. That buyout included the patented and trademarked Bellow Seal guillotine damper, which is still the lowest leakage guillotine damper available today.

We specialize in the manufacture of flexible expansion joints and ducting products to handle thermal expansion, vibration, and other movements. That’s not to mention our extensive line of dampers and flow control components.

Our products are destined for customers throughout the world in varied industries, which include chemical and petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, steel, transportation, marine, and a variety of OEM markets.
